Transfering Cloud Files to daDetective
Our Cloud Access Utility allows you to treat your files in the cloud like they are on you PC so you can select them from Windows Explorer! If you prefer to have us do this for you, learn out about our White Glove Upload service!
There are three steps to making this work:
1) Download the correct utility for your cloud provider. Click your cloud service provider below
2) The link will open the webpage below, Click on the download utility and return to this page
3) Open Windows File Explorer and go to “Downloads”
4) "Right Click" on the daDetective file
5) Click on "Extract All"
6) Replace whatever is in “Files will be extracted to this folder” with “C:\”
7) Check "Show extracted files when complete"
8) Click "Extract"
