1) Why Can’t I open my image / video in daDetective? It is a supported file type.
Even though daDetective supports processing a wide range of file types, it runs in your web browser and what can be displayed depends on your browser’s capabilities.

If a file won’t open in the viewer, it doesn’t mean daDetective didn’t process it; only that your browser can’t preview it. You can always download the file and view or edit it locally.

Common Browser-Supported File Types:

2) I cannot log in even though I am using the correct USER ID and Password:
Please check your browser’s extension settings. You may have a security extension that is preventing daDetective from opening, it will need to be added to the safe site list. For Instructions on how to do this, Click Here
