End User License Agreement

daDetective Cloud Storage Provider Setup Utility and Mount Utility

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

IMPORTANT — SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies specifically and exclusively to the following software components (collectively, the "Utilities"):

· daDetective Cloud Storage Provider Setup Utility — the installer application that configures cloud storage connections on your Windows PC

· daDetective Mount Utility — the desktop application that mounts and manages your connected cloud storage drive

This Agreement does NOT govern your use of the daDetective cloud-based media search platform, AI metadata tools, or any other daDetective web services. Those services are governed by separate terms available at https://dadetective.com/terms.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Picdmo Inc. ("Picdmo", "we", "us", or "our").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE UTILITIES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE UTILITIES.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Picdmo Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

· Install and use the Utilities on devices that you own or control;

· Use the Utilities solely to connect your Windows PC to authorized third-party cloud storage services for use with daDetective;

· Make one backup copy of the Utilities for archival purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

· Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Utilities;

· Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Utilities;

· Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Utilities to any third party;

· Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Utilities;

· Use the Utilities to connect to cloud storage services for any purpose other than uploading media to daDetective;

· Use the Utilities in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Utilities are licensed, not sold. Picdmo Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Utilities, including all intellectual property rights. daDetective is a trademark of Picdmo Inc. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Picdmo Inc.

4. Third-Party Components

The Utilities include the following third-party components, each subject to their own license terms:

· rclone — licensed under the MIT License (https://rclone.org). rclone is used solely to facilitate the connection between your PC and your cloud storage provider.

· WinFsp — licensed under the GPLv3 License (https://winfsp.dev). WinFsp is used to mount cloud storage as a Windows drive letter.

5. Cloud Storage Services

The Utilities are designed solely to facilitate connections between your Windows PC and third-party cloud storage services to enable file uploads to the daDetective platform. Your use of those cloud storage services is governed entirely by those providers' own terms of service. Picdmo Inc. is not responsible for:

· The availability, reliability, or performance of any third-party cloud storage service;

· Any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access on third-party cloud storage services;

· Changes to third-party APIs or authentication systems that may affect the Utilities;

· Any fees or charges imposed by third-party cloud storage providers.

6. Privacy and Data

The Utilities operate locally on your Windows PC. They do not transmit your files, credentials, or personal data to Picdmo Inc. OAuth authentication tokens for connected cloud services are stored locally in your Documents\daDetective folder on your PC. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and credentials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE UTILITIES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PICDMO INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICDMO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE UTILITIES. PICDMO INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE UTILITIES.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Utilities and destroy all copies.

10. Updates

Picdmo Inc. may release updates to the Utilities at its sole discretion. This Agreement applies to all updates. Updated terms will be posted at https://dadetective.com/eula.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Florida.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and Picdmo Inc. regarding the Utilities and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
